Good looking finish. Previous reviews had poor joint quality. This one is perfect. We had to add a on/off separate wall switch. Disappointed that the bottom two rails did not get warm. Impressed replacement here Monday. Hopping this one will be perfect.The towel warmer is cool to view, but there are welding issues - some of the joints are raw steel rather than chrome/stainless/mirrored; this makes the corners look dirty, and one of the joints is completely mismade. The description implies there is an on/off switch by indicating that it take 20 minutes to warm up - it simply remains on at all times. We have not actually installed this item because the construction at one of the joints is mismade, creating a danger in hanging it. This product is not worth the cost. Update: very lightweight, needed to place a small magnet on it, but the towel bar will not hold a magnet of any strength including nyeodymium ones. Such a disappointing piece.
